Omia Flex

Privacy Policy

Omia Flex opens range and ease — stretch flows, mobility marks, and flex progress on your iPhone without strain. Here is what we may access, what stays in your stretch zone, and what we never bend for profit.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Omia Flex mobile app on the Apple App Store and to read-only content served from this website’s API. It is written for users and visitors reading this page.

Information

Omia Flex does not require your legal name, email, phone, mailing address, government ID, or payment card for core mobility tools.

Stretch names, range marks, session lengths, and notes you add remain for your in-app experience. We do not repurpose them for targeted advertising or resale.

When the app loads shared copy — welcome screens, sample flows, or cue labels — it may fetch public JSON from this domain. That material is generic flex guidance, not your private mobility log.

Device

Omia Flex uses standard iOS storage and network access for optional templates. We do not request contacts, photos, microphone, or location unless a future feature clearly needs them and this policy is updated.

Diagnostics you voluntarily share with Apple follow Apple’s privacy terms.

Hosting

Infrastructure partners operate this policy page and API endpoints. They retain traffic logs needed to run servers under their own practices.

Optional analytics or support tools, if added later, will be named here with collection limited to their role.

Minors

Omia Flex is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Contact App Store support if a child submitted information and we will help with removal where possible.

Security

Sessions you keep in Omia Flex remain under your control on your device. Clear flows in-app or delete the application to remove local storage.

We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted assets. No service is perfectly secure — treat body-related notes like a private stretch diary.

Your Choices

Stop using Omia Flex whenever you wish. Cut network access in iOS Settings for an offline flex studio where supported.

For access, correction, or deletion requests about data we manage, use the support link on the App Store listing.

Updates

We may revise this policy as Omia Flex evolves. The date above marks substantive changes. Continued use after an update accepts the new terms where law permits.

Contact

Privacy questions about Omia Flex may be sent through the App Store support channel or the developer contact on the product page.
